

Gene has been actively engaged in the trust and investment management business
since 1991 and brings that experience to PRS Investment Advisory and his clients.
Gene works primarily with U.S. domestic clients at PRS in helping them meet their
wealth management goals.
In addition to working at senior levels at BNY Mellon Wealth Management and at
SunTrust Bank, Gene practiced law in Miami focusing his practice on estate planning
and trust and probate administration.
Gene is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with his bachelor’s degree in economics and finance. He also has his juris doctor (J.D.), cum
laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida
Bar and a registered trust and estate practitioner (TEP) as designated by the Society
of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Gene holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP)
designation and is an Investment Adviser Representative.
Highly involved in the community, Gene has served on the boards of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation, the Vizcayans, and the University of Miami’s Estate and Gift Planning Council, to name a few. Gene also sits on advisory boards of the Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Wharton Club of South Florida. Gene is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami and is a member of the Professional Advisory Councils for Dade Community Foundation, Greater Miami Jewish Federation and the Community Foundation of Broward. Gene was also honored in 2007 by Ronald McDonald House with the Twelve Good Men award for outstanding community leadership in Miami.
