From the North:
Take I-95 South. Exit at S.W. 7th Street/Brickell Avenue (Exit 1B on the right side of the highway). At the end of the exit ramp, go to the second traffic light and take a left on to S.W. 8th Street. Take S.W. 8th Street past Brickell Avenue/U.S. 1. At the traffic light immediately following Brickell Avenue/U.S. 1, which is Brickell Bay Drive take a right turn. Our garage is the first entrance on the right with the sign that says One Brickell Square Parking.
From the South:
Take U.S. 1 North. Follow the signs for U.S. 1 North when you approach the start of I-95. U.S. 1 North turns into Brickell Avenue. Take Brickell Avenue north to S.E. 8th Street. At S.E. 8th Street take a right. At the next light, Brickell Bay Drive take a right turn. Our garage is the first entrance on the right with the sign that says One Brickell Square Parking.
From the West/MIA Airport:
Take 836 East. Follow the signs for I-95 South/Downtown and continue on I-95 South. Exit at S.W. 7th Street/Brickell Avenue (Exit 1B on the right side of the highway). At the end of the exit ramp, go to the second traffic light and take a left on to S.W. 8th Street. Take S.W. 8th Street past Brickell Avenue/U.S. 1. Parking Instructions:
Once you enter the garage, visitor parking is on the first level. If this has filled up you can park anywhere else in the levels above the first floor parking area. Take the garage elevators to the lobby level and cross over into the main building’s lobby area and take the elevators to the 16th floor.
